The Details

First step is creating a business plan and submitting it to your appropriate competitor coordinator for your region by October 28 at 11:59PM EST. The business plans will be judged based on: financials, marketing, human resources, originality, production & operation, quality/conciseness, overall viability. For the specific requirements of the business plan submission please see the Criteria Section of the Competitor package.

If you qualify to be a part of our top 18 teams you will be notified by mid December. If you are apart of our top 18 you are invited to our Final Weekend, January 17 – 19, in Kingston, Ontario. On Friday, the top 18 teams will each present to a panel of judges and participate in a question and answer session. That evening we will announce our final six teams who will present on Saturday to a new panel of judges. The judges will then deliberate and select our award winners.
